Winstead PC is seeking a 4-6 year attorney for a position with our Real Estate Finance practice group in Austin working with Nick Pyka. The role is a growth position with a clear path toward advancement in the firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: Real Estate Finance Transactions: Experience with lending, real estate and experience with timeline and pace of sophisticated transactions. Strong academics: Candidates should be able to provide a transcript from a top tier law school. Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting. Why Winstead?
