Dallas- Real Estate (Leasing) Attorney

Winstead PC is seeking a senior attorney (10+ years of experience) for a position with our Real Estate group in Dallas. Candidates must have at least 5 years of leasing experience. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and is within a collaborative and interactive practice in our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: Leasing Transactions: Experience with leasing matters, but also a desire to continue to make leasing matters a primary part of practice (5+ years’ experience). General Real Estate Experience: Experience in financings, acquisition and disposition of real estate assets Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication Desire to be in the office: The team is extremely collaborative and invests significant time in the training and mentoring of associates in the group.
