Dallas - Business Litigation Associate

Winstead PC is seeking a 3-4 year attorney for a position with our Business Litigation practice group in Dallas. We are seeking an associate with experience in complex litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: Business Litigation Experience: Experience in drafting and arguing motion and experience in taking depositions. Additionally, experience in research, document review, drafting pleadings and experience in discovery is required. Real Estate Litigation Experience: Experience in real estate litigation is preferred but not required. Financial Services Litigation Experience: Experience in representing lenders and with financial services litigation is preferred, but not required. Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials. Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication. Why Winstead?
