Dallas - Real Estate Associate

Winstead PC is seeking a 1 - 4 year attorney for a position with our Real Estate group in Dallas. This position will primarily work on matters associated with leasing, but will also work on matters in complex real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition and financing of real estate assets located throughout the United States. The position is a growth position with opportunities for advancement within the firm, and is within a collaborative and interactive practice in our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: Leasing Transactions: Experience with leasing matters, but also a desire to continue to make leasing matters a primary part of practice Standard Real Estate Experience: Experience in financings, acquisition and disposition of real estate assets. Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication. Desire to be in the office: The team is extremely collaborative and invests significant time in the training and mentoring of associates in the group.
