Dallas-Real Estate Associate

Winstead PC is seeking a 3 - 4 year associate for a position with our Real Estate group in Dallas working with John Adolph. This position will primarily work on matters associated with both Real Estate Finance and middle-market C&I lending matters. The position is a growth position with opportunities for advancement within the firm, and is within a collaborative and interactive practice in our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: Real Estate and Middle-Market Experience: Experience with both real estate finance and middle-market finance (including syndication and bi-lateral loans) is preferred, but experience in both specialties is not required. Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials. Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication. Why Winstead?
