Fort Worth Business Litigation Associate

*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE   Winstead PC is seeking a 2-6 year attorney for a position with our Business Litigation practice group in Fort Worth. The associate will work with shareholders in the Fort Worth office whose respective practices focus primarily on trust and fiduciary litigation and investment disputes. The ideal candidate would have both commercial litigation experience and fiduciary litigation experience, including trust and estate litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: Trust & Estates Litigation: representing clients in disputes related to trusts, estates and fiduciary issues. Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials. Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication. Why Winstead?
