We have an immediate opening for a Trust & Estates associate with 5-8 years of experience in estate planning for high and ultra-high-net-worth clients, with a focus on tax planning, trust and estate administration and business succession planning. Experience with exempt organizations (beyond charitable giving) is a plus. LL.M. preferred. Florida, Pennsylvania, and/or DC admission required (or must be obtained upon hire) based on office location. MD and/or VA Bar admission preferred (may be requested to seek admission upon hire) for Washington, DC. Buchanan has a robust tax section, with attorneys specializing in domestic and international tax, non-profit tax, wealth & succession planning, and tax controversy and litigation. We are also well-known for serving as technical advisors for the Bloomberg Tax Portfolios since their inception over 65 years ago.
