*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE   Buchanan currently has an available position at our Pittsburgh Office for a mid-to-senior-level attorney with 4-7 years of experience practicing labor and employment law. Interested candidates must be seasoned attorneys who can take on significant responsibility handling employment litigation, administrative matters, and client counseling across a range of employment areas, including, without limitation, wage & hour, ADA, ADEA, class and collective action, Title VII and Title IX. Traditional labor experience would be helpful but not required. The position offers the opportunity to work in our thriving Labor & Employment Practice Group, which involves engaging legal assignments and direct interaction with clients. This role operates within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional academic achievements, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and manage their own workload, as well as excellent research and writing skills. The ideal candidate would possess the capability to handle pressure and meet multiple deadlines. Additionally, applications are required to include a cover letter, resume, transcript and writing sample. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
