*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE   We are seeking a talented and motivated employment lawyer to join our San Diego office. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment law matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wage and hour issues, and employment agreements. Class action and PAGA experience are a significant plus. Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and analysis on employment law issues Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs Represent clients in employment-related litigation Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on employment law matters Assist with client consultations and negotiations Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the California State Bar 4-7 years of experience in employment law Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: Competitive salary and potential bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Job Requirements: Bar Admission Required: California Documents Required: Cover letter, Resume, Transcript and Writing Sample Search Firm Guidelines We do not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies.
