Labor & Employment Associate

Buchanan currently has an available position at our Philadelphia office for a mid-to-senior-level attorney with 5-8 years of experience practicing labor and employment law. Experience handling class and collective actions, as well as wage & hour matters, is required. Interested candidates must be seasoned attorneys who can take on significant responsibility in handling employment litigation, administrative matters and client counseling across a range of employment areas, including, without limitation, ADA, ADEA, Title VII and Title IX. Traditional labor experience would be helpful but not required. The position offers the opportunity to work in our thriving Labor & Employment Practice Group, which involves engaging legal assignments and direct interaction with clients. This role operates within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional academic achievements, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, manage their own workload and have excellent research and writing skills. The ideal candidate would possess the capability to handle pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
