This position provides marketing and project support for the Marketing Department’s essential operations functions, events, and special initiatives. Your Role: As a Marketing Coordinator within our Marketing & Business Development team, you will work with the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer, the Director of Marketing, and the Marketing Operations Manager as a vital part of the operations team. Responsibilities and projects include, but are not limited to: Assistance with implementing and maintaining process improvements and related organizational tools. Monthly credit card reconciliation and reimbursement requests. Maintain the department’s central library of work product and conduct monthly audits of the library. Update Marketing Handbook as necessary and handle new hire training. Responsible for the Marketing Department intranet pages. Coordinating the invoices and expenses for $7M of budgets. Maintain marketing Net Docs file structure. Prepare client data reports. Manage department training calendar.
