Join our dynamic team as a Closing Coordinator in our Denver office! In this newly created role, you will manage a wide range of responsibilities, including the preparation, organization, proofreading, and assembly of closing documents. Collaborating closely with lawyers, paralegals, legal administrative assistants, and project assistants, you will ensure delivery of timely and high-quality closing support to our Real Estate Finance Team. This position is hybrid and offers a work schedule of 3 days in the office. Why Join Us? Your Role: As a Closing Coordinator within our Finance Department, you will: Review and assemble all loan documents and signature pages prior to and following execution, ensuring a thorough final quality check. Maintain a detailed list of all pending transactions. Organize and request all necessary documents for closing. Provide data collection support and management of deal checklists. Keep the team updated on deal statuses and upcoming deadlines. Prepare, organize, and proofread transaction and closing documents. Coordinate with transaction parties and internal staff to manage timely deliveries. Handle post-closing logistics efficiently to enhance client satisfaction. Create detailed post-closing documentation and binders. Liaise with various internal departments while maintaining confidentiality.
