*** Non Recruiters Job ***   Ballard Spahr LLP, which recently combined with Lane Powell PC, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Class Action Litigation practice in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of litigation experience, either through a law firm or clerkship. Experience working on consumer, product liability, and/or employment related class action matters is preferred. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required. In this role, an Associate will join a team representing a broad array of clients in consumer and wage and hour class action matters in State and Federal Courts. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in managing cases, drafting pleadings and briefs, discovery, and oral advocacy in a collegial team environment of a national law firm. Active bar license in Washington, or the ability to waive in, is required. The base salary for this position will range from $250,000 - $305,000 depending upon experience. In addition to the salary for this position, lawyers may be eligible for an incentive bonus program and/or a profit-sharing bonus program.
