Labor & Employment Litigation Associate | Los Angeles

Ballard Spahr LLP, a more than 750 lawyer firm with 19 offices across the U.S., is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its expanding Labor & Employment Litigation practice in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of relevant Labor & Employment Litigation experience in California. In particular, the group seeks an Associate to defend employers in single plaintiff cases and wage & hour class and representative actions, including under the Private Attorney General Act (“PAGA”). Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collegial environment of a national law firm. Active bar license in California is required. The salary for this position is expected to be $250,000 to $320,000 depending on level of experience. Ballard Spahr offers an excellent benefits package.
