Associate Attorney - Wage and Hour

*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE   Wage and Hour Associate Attorney – Class/PAGA Actions (3-7+ years) Seeking associates/senior counsel with wage and hour litigation experience, including: Defending class and PAGA claims and actions state and federal court Conducting document and data reviews related to wage and hour claims Preparing case evaluations for clients related to wage and hour class/PAGA actions Preparing and responding to discovery requests in class/PAGA matters Conducting and defending depositions Law and motion work: moving to compel arbitration, preparing and responding to dispositive motions, preparing and responding to discovery-related motions Preparing for and attending mediations in class/PAGA actions, preparing mediation briefs Attending court hearings, status conferences, arguing dispositive motions Arbitration and/or trial experience Excellent research and writing skills Candidates must be admitted to practice law in the State of California.
