Our physical device and companion app turn smartphones from sources of distraction into tools for presence and productivity.</p> <p data-start="392" data-end="586">We’re on a mission to help people take back control of their time and attention so they can focus on what matters most—and we’re building a team of thoughtful, driven people to make that happen.</p></div><p><strong>Job Summary / About the Role:</strong></p> <p>As our Senior Product Manager, E-commerce, reporting to the Director of Product Management, you’ll own the full customer journey—from acquisition through checkout and post-purchase—optimizing our Shopify storefront, marketing funnels, and onsite purchase flows to drive conversion, AOV, and revenue. Operating at the intersection of UX, engineering, business, and merchandising, you’ll build the infrastructure that scales growth while translating our brand into a compelling, high-performing experience.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong></p> <p>Brick is based in Chicago, and we’re prioritizing candidates who are local or open to relocating. This role requires regular in-person collaboration with the team in Chicago. As a key cross-functional partner, this individual will help shape how we build, ship, and scale our E-commerce experience.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and execute Brick’s E-commerce roadmap, owning the end-to-end customer journey—from storefront through checkout and post-purchase—to drive measurable improvements in conversion, AOV, and revenue.</li> <li>Define and own core E-commerce KPIs, building a rigorous experimentation engine (A/B and beyond) to inform prioritization, accelerate learning, and drive continuous optimization.</li> <li>Serve as the strategic and operational lead for our E-commerce platform—prioritizing and delivering features, integrations, tooling, and infrastructure improvements that enable scale. Partner with Engineering and Design to define requirements, evaluate buy-vs-build decisions, and ship high-quality releases.</li> <li>Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Growth to optimize landing experiences, strengthen message match across acquisition channels, and maximize conversion performance.</li> <li>Lead onsite merchandising strategy and execution, and own the execution of promotions across launches, campaigns, and discounting - translating go-to-market plans into high-performing site experiences.</li> <li>Build and lead user research and consumer insights programs - leveraging interviews, usability testing, behavioral data, and experimentation—to inform UX, site experience, merchandising, and product decisions.</li> <li>Maintain the quality, performance, and day-to-day health of the live E-commerce experience, ensuring accuracy, brand integrity, operational excellence, and long-term platform health.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Need to Have:</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>3–6 years of Product Management experience with direct ownership of revenue and growth outcomes.</li> <li>Experience working with DTC brands, ideally in Shopify environments (storefront, checkout, themes, apps), or in close partnership with teams building on Shopify.</li> <li>Proven track record leading CRO and experimentation programs that delivered measurable improvements in conversion rate, AOV, and revenue—leveraging structured research methods (heatmaps, session recordings, usability testing, customer interviews) and rigorous testing frameworks.</li> <li>Strong analytical fluency, with hands-on experience using tools such as GA4, Shopify Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar to analyze funnels, interpret experiment results, and uncover revenue-driving opportunities.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution across Engineering, Design, and Growth.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with Figma or similar design tools.</li> </ul> <p><em>The base salary range for this role is $150,000–$165,000, depending on experience and qualifications.</em></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p data-start="180" data-end="474"><strong data-start="180" data-end="202">What we care about</strong><br data-start="202" data-end="205">We’re building a team of people who take ownership, move with focus, and care deeply about the quality and impact of their work.
