You'll support core accounting and reporting processes, assist with targeted cost-saving initiatives, and help identify ways to streamline finance operations. This is a high-ownership role with real responsibility and the potential to continue part-time into the school year based on performance.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong></p> <p>This role is based in our Chicago office and follows a standard 40-hour (9–5) schedule, with work-from-home Fridays available.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <p>Key projects:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with targeted cost-saving initiatives, from analysis through execution</li> <li>Assist in centralizing key company data to support business operations and strategic initiatives</li> </ul> <p>Day-to-day support:</p> <ul> <li>Support core accounting processes and financial reporting</li> <li>Help streamline finance operations, including through AI-powered tools</li> <li>Support ad-hoc finance and accounting projects as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Need to Have:</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a finance, accounting, or related undergraduate program, entering your junior or senior year with a GPA of at least 3.5</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to work in-person from our Chicago office</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Prior finance or accounting internship experience</li> <li>Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel</li> <li>Prior experience in QuickBooks, Ramp, and similar platforms</li> <li>Proactive, self-starter mindset</li> </ul> <p><em>The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 per hour, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.</em></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p data-start="180" data-end="474"><strong data-start="180" data-end="202">What we care about</strong><br data-start="202" data-end="205">We’re building a team of people who take ownership, move with focus, and care deeply about the quality and impact of their work.
