Under the direction of the Compliance Attorney (“the Manager”), the Compliance Analyst is primarily responsible for assisting the Manager with firm-wide activities related to Client Outside Counsel Guidelines (“OCGs”), Vendor Management, Security Questionnaires and other client commitments. This position will act as a subject matter expert related to OCGs and Vendor Management and ensure the firm’s central repository, presently Intapp Terms and One Trust, is complete and up to date. Duties/Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring all high-risk vendors are logged and tracked in our vendor management portal Work closely with Administrative Departments to ensure all vendor contracts and contact information is managed centrally Support Administrative Departments and General Counsel review of vendor contracts, NDAs, RFPs, etc. Coordinate the review of vendor risk assessments in OneTrust platform and follow-up as necessary Document risk tolerance and acceptance process related to vendor(s) as necessary Annually monitor and review existing vendor agreements and performance and determine whether evaluation process is necessary Assist Compliance Attorney with circulating authoritative OCGs to matter teams and affected administrative teams Work closely with client intake team, billing team, information technology team, and marketing team to ensure all OCGs are managed centrally Add, track and maintain engagement letters and client issued guidelines in centralized repository Assist Compliance Attorney with reviews of client-issued guidelines, identify and tag relevant provisions for firm subject matter experts and General Counsel using software solution Summarize or incorporate comments from all firm reviewers for attorneys to facilitate negotiation of guidelines with clients Coordinate with billing attorney to track client responses and authoritative copy of OCGs Ensure authoritative copy of OCGs are captured in centralized repository and periodic reminders are sent to matter teams regarding compliance with OCGs Assist with OCG and Vendor Management Policy training and awareness Assist with projects as requested by Compliance Attorney, Chief Data Officer or General Counsel Experience Prior experience (3-5 years) in a law firm or Corporate Compliance function preferred. Intapp Suite including Intapp Terms a plus. Privva, OneTrust or other vendor management solution experience a plus. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. JD a plus but not required. MA Applicants: Please note that the target base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's years of experience, skills, qualifications, and office location.
