Labor & Employment Associate

The Los Angeles office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for a Labor & Employment associate with 3-5 years’ experience. The ideal candidate has experience with wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and single-plaintiff employment claims. Arbitration, mediation, or trial experience is required. Experience with FEHA, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, as well as whistleblower matters, is preferred. Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills are required.
