The Charlotte office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for a Corporate Trust Associate with 2 – 3 years of experience to join the firm’s Finance Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide variety of capital markets transactions, with an emphasis on structured finance.
