The Washington, DC office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for an Environmental & Land Use associate with 5-7 years' experience and a strong desire to focus on environmental regulatory matters, including Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) compliance and enforcement. Experience with hazardous, solid, medical, pharmaceutical, and/or controlled substance waste matters is preferred.
