This position may be resident in the Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington, DC offices. A technical background is strongly preferred and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in intellectual property litigation.
