*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE   Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking an Associate with 5-7 years of law firm experience to work with its Mergers & Acquisitions team within the Corporate practice group in either our Atlanta, Chicago, New York City or Washington, DC office locations. We are looking to add a team member with broad experience working on M&A, private equity transactions, private investments, complex restructurings, joint ventures and other transactions. The candidate should be comfortable in a collaborative environment working with colleagues locally, across the US, and across the world. The Associate will join an active practice that represents clients in national and international transactions across a wide range of industries and sectors, including manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, energy, timber, water and other natural resources, and financial services. Corporate M&A Associate Key Characteristics: Five to Seven years of law firm experience primarily focused on M&A and related transactions. Experience leading M&A deals from inception through closing, including serving as the lead draftsperson for the primary transaction documents. Experience managing multiple deals simultaneously. Experience interacting with clients and opposing counsel. Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary and cross-border teams on transactions and broader commercial matters. The Associate position requires in-office presence three days per week. The salary is commensurate with years of relevant experience & geographic location.
