*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE   Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking highly qualified 4th-7th year Associates to join our fast-growing Complex Technology Litigation team in Silicon Valley. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and high-impact legal work. Associates will take ownership on matters, assist in case management, and help shape case strategy while advising a broad range of industry-leading clients in technology, banking, professional services, manufacturing, and commerce. The ideal candidates will have experience managing complex, high-stakes litigation. We are particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated expertise in trade secrets, blockchain and cryptocurrency, or AI and other emerging technologies. We are seeking Associates who are: Client Centric: Prioritizing high-end client service, managing cases and deadlines, proactive and responsive, professional. Ambitious Self-Starters: Taking initiative, looking ahead, contributing to and supporting team success. Detail Oriented: Ensuring seamless execution, assuming responsibilities, and collaboration. Confident: Operating within a team and independently. Candidates should have: Four to seven years of comparable law firm experience; clerkship experience is a plus. A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and are admitted to the California Bar. Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills. Strong academic records and impressive communication abilities. The Associate position requires in-office presence three days per week. The salary is commensurate with years of relevant experience & geographic location.
