Miller Nash is seeking a midlevel litigation associate with two to four years of experience to join our Portland office, where our attorneys tackle complex litigation and environmental matters side-by-side. We are looking for a team member who is hard-working and responsive, exercises good judgment under pressure, has excellent research and writing skills, is self-directed while maintaining the ability to work in a team environment, and will be ready to hit the ground running on pending cases and immediate client needs. Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available to all Miller Nash attorneys. Only candidates who have received their Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school with an Oregon bar license should apply. Judicial clerkship and big law experience a plus. Compensation Annual Salary Range: $162,000–$167,000 The posted range reflects the expected base salary for this role based on factors such as years of experience, qualifications, and location. The exact offer within this range will depend on the selected candidate's background. Bonuses and Other Compensation: Eligibility for an automatic performance bonus ranging from $10,000 – $40,000 annually, contingent on meeting specified billable hours thresholds.
