Miller Nash is looking to grow our established business & corporate team by adding an associate with four to six years of experience to our Portland office’s key business practice. Miller Nash’s business attorneys bring a wealth of experience when advising the Pacific Northwest's leading businesses. We advise and counsel clients in a wide range of industries, including financial institutions, consumer products & services, manufacturing, technology, and energy. Our clients range from small businesses with strong local reputations to large companies with substantial national and international operations headquartered or doing business in our region. The ideal candidates for this opportunity will have experience with corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, securities and securities transactions, strategic partnerships, and commercial contracts, as well as a passion for partnering with clients to meet their goals and providing superior client service. Candidates must be a member of the Oregon State Bar Association. California, Idaho, or Washington State Bar license is a plus.
