The Registered Funds Practice Management Coordinator supports the Director of Practice Management for the Registered Funds practice in the administration and execution of practice-related initiatives, events, communications, and operational activities. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The Coordinator is expected to provide high-quality support, and to take initiative, assume ownership of assigned projects and tasks, proactively identify needs and follow-up items, and help drive matters through to completion while maintaining the professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness required in a law firm setting. Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Practice Management for the Registered Funds practice, while demonstrating initiative and ownership over assigned workstreams. Assist in the coordination and execution of practice-related initiatives, projects, meetings, and events, taking responsibility for advancing tasks, tracking progress, and helping ensure successful completion. Coordinate communications and follow-up with attorneys, business professionals, clients, service providers, and other external contacts, as appropriate, and proactively manage next steps. Monitor action items, deadlines, and outstanding deliverables to support the timely progression of projects and practice activities, escalating issues and identifying solutions where appropriate. Maintain and update internal process documents, templates, trackers, and related practice materials, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and organization. Assist with document management, reporting, and other practice support functions, with a strong focus on accuracy, accountability, and timely execution. Support special projects and additional practice group or firm initiatives, as assigned, including by independently managing discrete components and ensuring effective follow-through. Anticipate practice needs, identify opportunities to improve processes, and contribute to the effective execution of operational and strategic priorities. Handle sensitive and confidential information with appropriate discretion and sound judgment. Perform other duties as requested. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm, financial services, investment management, compliance, corporate, or other professional services environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a deadline-driven setting, with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through. Demonstrated initiative and the ability to take ownership of projects and tasks from inception through completion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
