Real Estate - Public Finance Associate OR Senior Associate

Candidates can be resident in Atlanta, Dallas, Charlotte, New York or Washington, DC. Successful candidates will have public finance experience, including experience with tax-exempt bond issuances and tax incentive transactions (e.g., bonds-for-title, PILOT or similar programs), whether as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel or company counsel. Any commercial real estate, federal tax, or energy/solar experience would be a plus. Excellent academic credentials and strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills are required. The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $420,000 and represents the Firm's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at this time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and locations.
