Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People.</span></p></div><p class="xxxmsonormal"><strong>General Liability Pre-Suit Enablement Manager</strong></p> <p class="xxxmsonormal"><strong>Summary</strong></p> <p class="xxxmsonormal">We are seeking an Enablement Manager to support operations within our General Liability Presuit Department by ensuring cases move efficiently through the pre-suit lifecycle.</p> <p class="xxxmsonormal">This role partners closely with Case Managers and Operations Leaders to enforce operational workflows, monitor case progression, and resolve issues that delay case advancement. The Enablement Manager operates within a high-volume, process-driven environment and is responsible for driving operational consistency, visibility, and outcomes across pre-suit case operations.</p> <p class="xxxmsonormal"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p class="xxxmsonormal" style="padding-left: 40px;">- Monitor pre-suit case progression to ensure files move efficiently through investigation, liability evaluation, records gathering, and litigation transfer.</p> <p class="xxxmsonormal" style="padding-left: 40px;">- Enforce operational workflows and case progression standards across presuit teams.</p> <p class="xxxmsonormal" style="padding-left: 40px;">- Audit case files and operational metrics to ensure compliance with required milestones.</p> <p class="xxxmsonormal" style="padding-left: 40px;">- Support operational dashboards, reporting, and KPI visibility for leadership.</p> <p class="xxxmsonormal" style="padding-left: 40px;">- Identify recurring workflow breakdowns and contribute to process improvements and operational best practices.</p> <p class="xxxmsonormal" style="padding-left: 40px;">- Take ownership of operational outcomes by ensuring cases continue progressing and workflow standards are consistently met.</p> <p class="xxxmsonormal"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p class="xxxmsonormal" style="padding-left: 40px;">- Bachelor’s degree</p> <p class="xxxmsonormal" style="padding-left: 40px;">- 2+ years of
