As a Case Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients facing challenging and often traumatic situations. This position requires active employment with full weekend availability. Please note that scheduled days off will typically fall during the week.</strong></em></div> <p>If you’re someone who values compassion, demonstrates genuine empathy, treats others with kindness and respect, and is looking for a rewarding career in a supportive environment—we want to hear from you!</p> <p><strong>Compensation</strong></p> <ul> <li>$18/hour</li> <li>$250 Sign-On Bonus (Eligible after 90 days of employment)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct consultations to potential clients calling into the firm and determine if we are able to help the client.</li> <li>Collect and input adequate data regarding prospective cases.</li> <li>Schedule appointments for call backs to potential clients.</li> <li>Send and obtain signed retainers via email or text.</li> <li>Accept inbound calls and place outbound calls.</li> <li>Resolve client issues in a professional manner.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400
