Summary Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced attorney with a background in Veteran Affairs to join its growing practice in our Jacksonville or Atlanta offices. The Veteran Affairs Attorney will handle a heavy case load and must have at least 2 years of Veteran Affairs experience. Responsibilities Manage a high volume case load with adequate communication with each client Communicate with the VA as necessary Review VA Claims files, identify and record relevant information crucial to VA claims Represent claimants at VA appeals Properly delegating work and responsibilities between a team of case staff Qualification Law degree from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association Minimum 2+ years of VA experience Ability to manage high volume of cases Excellent client service and communication skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills #LI-SC1 Benefits Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
