JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, IT Delivery leads end-to-end delivery of technology solutions and services supporting the Firm’s Client Development & Engagement (CDE) (marketing / business development) and Real Estate & Workplace functions. This role aligns technology roadmaps to business strategy, establishes measurable outcomes, and ensures delivery is executed with strong governance and continuous improvement. Accountabilities span platform strategy, integrations, and data quality and governance across enterprise capabilities such as CRM, digital communications, analytics and reporting, workplace applications, and related tools. The individual serves as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, combining strategic planning with hands-on delivery leadership. They drive cross-functional execution across IT, business teams, and third-party vendors, and provide technology leadership for their functions. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Portfolio Delivery and Execution Partner with CDE business stakeholders to define a MarTech roadmap (e.g., CRM, CMS, marketing automation, email/digital communications, campaign operations, etc) that supports measurable growth and client engagement. Own delivery across a portfolio of programs and platform enhancements, managing interdependencies, proactively mitigating risks/issues, and ensuring smooth releases for all activities. Lead delivery governance (status, budget, scope, resourcing, and controls) and ensure teams follow firmwide PMO and change management standards, including privacy, security, and compliance requirements. Business Partnership & Strategic Alignment Act as the primary liaison between assigned functions and IT, translating CDE, and Real Estate & Workplace priorities into scalable solutions, clear backlogs, and delivery plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs, ensure alignment, and establish target outcomes. Ensure alignment between functional strategies and IT initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation, improved data quality, integration, analytics, and user experience, across the MarTech and Real Estate ecosystems. Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule across all IT tasks Issue Resolution and Operational Excellence Serve as an escalation point for platform and integration issues (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, data feeds, workplace applications) and drive timely resolution in collaboration with internal IT teams and vendors. Build and manage relationships with vendors and platform partners, including roadmap planning, contract/SLA performance, and delivery quality for supported systems. Ensure all systems meet security, technology, cloud, and other standard compliance by partnering with the other IT teams.
