Job Summary We have a unique opportunity for a Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and driving enterprise business planning across the organization. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of long-range planning (LRP) and forecasting processes, while implementing standardized platforms for tracking and reporting of periodic, product‑specific financials. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, you’ll turn data into clear, actionable insights—enabling better decisions, stronger alignment, and more effective collaboration across the business. Key Responsibilities In this role you will: Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of the Long‑Range Planning (LRP) process, including the 5‑year revenue commitment and outlook across all product lines, including aftermarket Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Product Line Management Directors to align LRP with annual budget planning, forecasting, and sales opportunity management; organize and lead bi‑weekly alignment sessions with key stakeholders Manage opportunity and market dynamics by tracking changes to the LRP baseline; collaborate with Sales, Plants, and PLM teams on IHS data, actual run rates, and customer volume projections Own and lead the CampFire (or similar) forecasting and quote‑tracking platform, ensuring data accuracy, process adoption, and comprehensive stakeholder training Deliver standardized, value‑driven reporting and analytics, visualizing key performance indicators; publish periodic reports and facilitate product performance reviews with stakeholders Support PLM Management in product categorization, pricing, and strategic development through data analytics, while acting as a change agent to champion culture, engagement, and alignment to strategic priorities Key Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Data Analytics Proven experience in business analysis and forecasting, including long‑term planning and rolling forecasts Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, including Power BI, with experience using Campfire or comparable forecasting platforms Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence senior‑level stakeholders across functions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts clearly and drive alignment among diverse teams High standards of professional integrity, including the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion; experience in Automotive or Engineering environments (OEM or Tier 1) is a plus What we offer Competitive salary and benefits based on knowledge and experience Opportunity to build a high-performing, inclusive, and forward-thinking organization within the automotive sector Opportunity for personal and professional growth in a fast growing, constantly evolving organization Join the company that’s driving the global transportation industry!
