The Charlotte office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for two Corporate Trust Associates with 1 – 3 years’ experience to join the firm’s Finance Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide variety of capital markets transactions, with an emphasis on structured finance. Excellent writing skills, work experience, academic credentials, and interpersonal skills are required. Cover letters may be addressed to Nathalie Lankford, Regional Attorney Hiring Manager.
