*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE   Brown Rudnick is seeking a qualified attorney with at least 10 years of experience practicing environmental and real estate law to join its Real Estate, Energy & Environmental Practice Group for a part-time Counsel-level role in the Boston, MA office. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Massachusetts environmental law and a strong track record advising clients on land use, zoning, and regulatory permitting matters. The ability to navigate complex local and state permitting processes and to provide strategic counsel on regulatory compliance is essential. Candidates should also have experience counseling clients on environmental risks and liabilities in the context of real estate and business transactions. A background that includes work related to RCRA, CERCLA, and agency enforcement actions is particularly valuable. In addition to core environmental experience, candidates with a general real estate transactional background and familiarity with construction law will be well suited for this role. Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, or development agreements will be considered a plus. This position offers a flexible schedule and is open to a professional track attorney seeking a part-time, hourly paid, arrangement. QUALIFICATIONS Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm or other experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comparable law firm experience required; clerkship experience preferred. JD required Admission to the Massachusetts Bar Experience with Massachusetts environmental laws, land use and permitting. Salary $175 to $200 per hour Brown Rudnick does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiting agencies.
