Real Estate - Senior Associate OR Counsel

Successful candidates will have experience with real estate financing, lender representation, loan document drafting and title and survey diligence. Additionally, this role requires the ability to independently manage transactions from initial structuring through closing. The minimum salary for this position is $420,000 and represents the Firm's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at this time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and locations.
