We develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure a fair and supportive work environment. Additionally, the People team focuses on training, professional development, work allocation, mobility and fostering a positive workplace culture. We also handle performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Through our comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives, the People team ensures that the Firm’s workforce around the world is motivated, skilled and mobilized to deliver on the Firm’s objectives. Position Summary The Experienced Legal Recruitment Assistant will play a key role in advancing our Experienced Legal recruitment toward becoming a best-in-class function. This position supports all stages of the recruitment process, helping to execute talent strategies, maintain data integrity within tracking systems, and foster strong communication with stakeholders. The role also contributes to building robust talent pipelines across multiple practice groups and all U.S. offices. The ideal candidate will have excellent client relationship management skills and outstanding professional presence while balancing stakeholder and candidate relationships. They will need strong time management, organization and process driven skills while supporting multiple requisitions. This position also has a high focus on attracting and retaining top talent by providing a positive candidate experience, maintaining regular candidate communication, overseeing interview scheduling and providing feedback to each candidate in a professional and timely manner. The role requires an individual who continuously strives to cultivate a proactive recruitment process that is engaging, strategic and efficient. Duties and Accountabilities Support recruitment on varies stages in the recruitment process across multiple requisitions (e.g., job postings, applications, pipelining, interviews, candidate management, offer management, agency engagement etc.) Proactively mitigate recruitment challenges, provide regular communications to relevant leadership, on any requisitions aligned with the practice group(s) Ensure and maintain all elements of agency management (e.g., fee agreements, preferred vendors, tracking management, kick-off calls, communications, etc.) Assist in developing sourcing strategies utilizing various channels to cultivate robust pipelines, and candidate outreach to identify top talent in the market Manage the candidate scheduling process (e.g. collecting candidate availability, communicating with recruiting agencies, requesting interview scheduling, and gr
