Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People.</span></p></div><p><strong>Summary</strong> </p> <p>We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Employment Law department. </p> <p>This role is in-office 5 days per week with no flexibility to be hybrid or remote.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, legal memoranda.</li> <li>Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices.</li> <li>Interface with Administrative Agencies, including EEOC.</li> <li>E-file court documents in federal and state court.</li> <li>Prepare discovery documents, interrogatories, and responses.</li> <li>Draft and serve summons.</li> <li>Coordinate depositions.</li> <li>Prepare deposition and hearing binders and exhibits.</li> <li>Drafting pleadings, motions and appellate documents and filing them with the court.</li> <li>Interfacing with clients to keep them apprised of the status of their case and to obtain documents needed for discovery.</li> <li>Gather relevant information from a variety of sources.</li> <li>Liaise between the attorneys and internal/external third parties, including co-counsel, counsel for defendants, and the courts.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience (preferred)</li> <li>At least 2+ years of working experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting.</li> <li>Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred).</li> <li>General Litigation Experience, preferably in federal court </li> <li>Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules, and procedures, practices.</li> <li>Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-AP1</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$75,0
