This candidate in any of our offices in the US.&nbsp; The Class Action Attorney will help handle a heavy and complex caseload of federal and state cases related to unfair business practices, consumer protection and privacy statues.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Day-to-day handling of state and federal class action cases&nbsp; in various stages</li> <li>Investigation, drafting and filing of litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda</li> <li>Guiding clients through the case process</li> <li>Interacting with expert witnesses, including preparation of expert reports and affidavits</li> <li>Preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualification</strong></p> <ul> <li>Law degree from a fully accredited law school</li> <li>An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association</li> <li>Minimum 2+ years' of class action experience, including trial, deposition, and motions experience in technical, complex cases, ideally on behalf of plaintiffs</li> <li>Exceptional research skills.&nbsp; Candidate should be capable of scouring the earth on Westlaw to find applicable caselaw</li> <li>Clerkship experience preferred</li> <li>Law review experience preferred</li> <li>Excellent client service and communication skills</li> <li>Self-starter driven by long-term career goals</li> <li>Superior writing and oral advocacy skills with a close attention to detail</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>#LI-SF1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Morgan &amp; Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
