Must have strong writing and analytical skills, experience attending court conferences, hearings and conducting depositions and all phases of discovery.  We are seeking an attorney who can supervise junior associates while working independently under pressure. Trial experience, Trusts & Estates litigation or Employment Practices litigation a plus. Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. License to practice law in good standing in the State of New York. 4-8 years of experience practicing in commercial and/or Trusts & Estates litigation matters. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Must be willing and able to interact directly with clients and counterparties. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with junior and senior attorneys. The salary for this position will range from $150K to $200K, based upon experience and office location.
