Candidates should have: Substantive experience drafting complaints and motions Conducting discovery Taking depositions Appearing in federal, state and bankruptcy courts Negotiating settlements Corresponding with opposing counsel and clients Experience in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law preferred, including collateral repossession, the Uniform Commercial Code (Articles 2, 2A and 9 in particular), equipment leasing, commercial real estate foreclosure and commercial finance law. The salary for this position will range from $140,000 to $160,000 annually, based upon experience.
