This leader partners closely with the Controller and CFO to translate evolving business strategies into strong, scalable accounting operations while helping guide the organization through growth and change.</p> <p>In this role, the Senior Manager leads a high-performing accounting team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. The position directly manages four accounting professionals and is responsible for strengthening processes, elevating team performance, and ensuring best-in-class financial reporting.</p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Oversee consolidated financial statements, and support financial analysis for senior leadership.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with US GAAP, including appropriate support for estimates, accruals, reserves, and reconciliations.</li> <li>Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of business activities.</li> <li>Support external audits and internal/external reporting requirements.</li> <li>Develop, mentor, and evaluate team members, building technical capability and succession depth.</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are</h2> <ul> <li>Strong US GAAP and internal controls expertise.</li> <li>Proven people leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams.</li> <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.</li> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Business; CPA preferred.</li> <li>7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years leading teams.</li> <li>Oracle experience preferred.</li> <li> <p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">#LI-Hybrid, #LI-TI1</p> </li> </ul> <p>Stanley 1913 is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
