It’s the mentality that got us to where we are today and will continue to lead the way for anything we do.   On your day to day:  As a Senior Growth PM, you’ll help Riverside grow with its users by connecting our core value to their evolving needs. You'll define a long-term growth vision and break it down into rapid, hypothesis-driven experiments - testing, learning, and iterating quickly. You’ll identify and solve key friction points across the user journey, partnering with engineers and designers as equals to drive measurable impact. Requirements: What Will Make You Stand Out? 5+ years experience as a growth Product Manager/Lead at a high-tech or SaaS software company Proven ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines, and to influence effectively Proven ability in data analysis, execution, and responsibility for complex development processes Goal-oriented, highly motivated, takes full ownership of projects Strong organizational and analytical skills & attention to details This role is ideal for former Head/Director/Lead-level candidates who thrive when they are deeply involved in the hands-on process, taking full ownership of the product journey from strategy to execution Bottom line?
