Adapt to a constantly changing fast-paced work environment while meeting production schedules.</li><li>Maintain databases and spreadsheets with assembly, maintenance, and delivery records.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Q</span></b><b>u<span>al</span><span>i</span><span>f</span><span>i</span>c<span>a</span><span>t</span><span>i</span>o<span>n</span>s:</b></p><p><span>T</span>he ca<span>n</span>d<span>i</span>d<span>a</span><span>t</span>e <span>w</span><span>i</span><span>l</span>l h<span>a</span><span>v</span>e:</p><ul><li>Minimum High School Diploma or GED</li></ul><ul><li>Soldering Certification such as J-STD-001 or IPC-A-610.</li><li>Technical School or Vocational School training in basic electronics or equivalent job experience.</li><li>Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)</li><li>Familiarity with Toyota Racing Development and motorsports industry best practices are a plus</li></ul><p></p><p><b>SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:</b></p><ul><li>Taking ownership of attention to detail in both hands-on assembly work and documentation.</li><li>Knowledge of electronic acceptability standards such as IPC-610, IPC-J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620 and/or equivalent military standards.</li><li>Soldering skills including thru-hole and surface mount.</li><li>Experience with motorsport wire harness assembly and harnessing components</li><li>Knowledge of Mil-Spec connectors and associated tooling.</li><li>Testing, diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Physical requirements listed below but not limited to:</b></p><ul><li>Standing-Frequent/Intermittent Up to 3 hours
