Tax Associate

We are seeking associates with 3-5 years of experience to join our Global Tax group to support the firm’s investment funds practice. Our Tax team is dedicated to providing inventive tax solutions that meet the challenges and objectives of our clients’ most sophisticated business dealings around the globe, from corporate transactions and restructurings, to financial transactions and fund formation and investing. Our practice is also top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers, The Legal 500 and U.S News. Salary is $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience. We are looking for: Experience in transactional tax work, prior experience in the taxation of U.S. and international investment funds is preferred but not required Law firm experience required, preferably at a large firm NOTE TO SEARCH FIRMS: Recruitment agencies should feel free to enquire about openings and opportunities.
