Fund Finance/Subscription Line Senior Associate OR Counsel

We are seeking a senior associate (counsel will also be considered) with 6+ years of fund finance/subscription line experience to join our nationally ranked Global Finance group. Our team represents financial institutions, alternative lenders and asset managers on a wide array of fund-related financings and loan transactions. We are involved in all aspects of funds finance, including providing input on debt and leverage issues at the time of fund formation and downstream structuring and transactions. Our practice is recognized among the top law firms for Nationwide Banking & Finance by Chambers USA. Salary is $390,000+ commensurate with class year and experience. We are looking for: Experience representing banks, business development companies and funds in asset-backed financing to funds or other investment vehicles in the private debt space Experience as a key member of deal teams, including responsibility of running key aspects of transactions, from due diligence through closing Deal sheet required NOTE TO SEARCH FIRMS: Recruitment agencies should feel free to enquire about openings and opportunities.
