We represent a variety of healthcare providers including hospitals and health systems, ancillary service providers, large physician groups, long-term care providers, and disease management companies. Associates in our Healthcare Practice Group will have the opportunity to work in a wide variety of areas, including regulatory and operational matters, compliance and investigations, and regulatory advising on healthcare transactions, dispositions and joint ventures. Our Healthcare Practice Group is seeking one or more mid-level associates in our Nashville, Memphis, or Washington, D.C. office with three (3) to five (5) years of healthcare regulatory experience. Due to the highly competitive nature of our healthcare practice, top academic and professional credentials are essential. Prior healthcare regulatory experience is required and should include fluency in Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute analysis. Salary for this position, if located in our Washington, D.C. office, will be in the range of $205,000-$380,000. This is a salary range and actual salary will be determined based on the experience of the candidate. Healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, are available to benefits-eligible employees and their benefits-eligible dependents. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active law license in a U.S. jurisdiction in good standing required. For consideration, please submit a resume and transcript.
