Our Memphis and Nashville offices are seeking associates with 2-4 years of business litigation experience and an interest in working directly with clients, taking responsibility for case management, preparation and resolution, including trial, mediation and settlement. Healthcare fraud and abuse experience is a plus, and experience in a law firm is preferred. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic who prefers a team approach to the practice of law and considers providing excellent service their primary goal. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent undergraduate and law school academic credentials.
