Financial Services Associate

We are seeking an associate with 3 to 7 years of experience and a strong understanding of federal securities laws to join our Financial Services group. Our team is a leading adviser to financial services firms, asset managers and investment funds, representing clients that range from small start-up and boutique operations to some of the world’s largest financial institutions. We advise clients on a wide range of fund structures and regulatory matters, including cross-border registration, regulatory examinations and enforcement, broker-dealer matters, and issues involving blockchain and digital assets. Our practice is among the largest in the industry, and we’ve been innovating in this arena for 50 years, ensuring that we are always at the forefront in today's asset management space. Salary is $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience. We are looking for: Knowledge of the Investment Company Act and/or Investment Advisers Act Experience with exchange traded-funds, interval funds, business development companies, global asset management regulation, broker-dealer, commodities and/or digital assets work is a plus Large law firm, in-house or regulatory agency experience preferred Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills Notice to California Resident Applicants NOTE TO SEARCH FIRMS: Recruitment agencies should feel free to enquire about openings and opportunities.
