Foreclosure/Bankruptcy Attorney - Leg

The Associate Attorney is responsible for handling foreclosure and bankruptcy matters for the firm. They will utilize legal knowledge and experience to facilitate the foreclosure and bankruptcy process on behalf of our clients. Duties & Responsibilities: Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure and bankruptcy related pleadings. Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested foreclosures and bankruptcy matters including Proof of Claims, Motions for Relief, Objections, Responses to Objections, Payment Change Notices, Settlements and Adversary Proceedings. Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings. Regular client meetings/updates. Other duties and special projects as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Requirements: Juris Doctorate. Licensed and in good standing with the PA State Bar. 2-10 years foreclosure/bankruptcy experience. Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone). Provides exceptional client service. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance. Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking. Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
